An excellent opportunity has arisen within an established and highly regarded home care provider offering home care, personal support, home help and companionship services, the business is located in the Oldham area, they are looking to recruit a Level 2 Apprentice in Business Administration to join their dedicated and professional team.
Your daily duties will include answering telephone calls from clients, greeting client and visitors and providing an excellent customer service, using office equipment, updating information onto the company database and sending mail and invoices while providing general office support to the other members of the team when required.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organised with the ability to prioritise their workload, ability to work well and efficiently within a team, knowledge of IT systems and have good people skills.
The company is also looking to recruit someone who is highly motivated, personable and outgoing, mature and responsible with a caring nature, must be punctual and reliable with a flexible approach to work, smart and presentable in appearance, keen to learn new skills and committed as this apprenticeship could potentially lead to a full time career within the company.
Ideally this would be a great opportunity for someone who has already gained life experience and skills due to the nature of the business.
Weekly wage £148.00 – based on working 37 hours per week
